Project Manager - Hostel Project in Dublin
Zakres obowiązków
- Responsible for project delivery to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards
- Preparation and delivery of Project Delivery Plan to set out key project delivery parameters including Procurement Strategy, Baseline Programme/target programme, Budget targets, along with Identification of key project risks and associated mitigation measures.
- Manage the commercial delivery of the project in conjunction with the commercial team.
- Manage and own the relationships with project subcontractors and design teams
- Develop and manage relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and management to the project construction team, ensuring that the required resources are in place for the construction team.
- Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting.
Wymagania
- Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams.
- Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- Strong commercial, negotiation skills, good spoken and written communication skills
